My experiences with free lotto are, you get what you pay for.
I have moved over to pay as you go weekly Lotto in Australia.
They are run by the government through agents & selected web based sites for overseas players. Good odds as they only draw from 45 balls 6 balls + 2 supplementry numbers, And best of all NO TAX.
No tax is an interesting story,Briefly In the past history of Australia there was an uprising by the prospectors on the gold fields when the govt of that time tried to introduce a "Gold tax".
The uprising was called the "eureka stockade uprising" ( search google)
The govt relented and withdrew the proposed gold tax law.
In doing so the courts ruled that anything "fairly " won was not taxable.
This set in place, no tax on game show winnings, Gold sales,Car lotterys,Lotto winnings & money won in casino's.
