Dead or Alive ?

Postby JeanMi » Tue Feb 17, 2009 8:13 am

Is this lotto dead or alive ?

Sign that indicate that it may be live is the fact that there are 2009 Winners listed.
Sign that indicate that it may be dead is the fact that it's not possible to signup or edit the current profile.

I have asked the same question via their support system.
No answer for the moment (except that they have received the ticket and that they will answer it in less than 24 hours and it was 48 hours ago).

Still no answer to my support ticket.

But, this morning, I was able to access the "Edit my profile", but just to see that it isn't possible to change the email address.
Then, I have been able to create a new account with my correct new email address.

After that :
- The "Edit my profile" and "New Signup" are again unavailable.
- I wasn't able to play : Each time I hit OK on a ticlet, I'm redirected to the lotto mainpage.

I don't know what to think about this lotto, taking into account that there are winners listed for recent dates in 2009.

Furthermore, it is necessary to use Internet Explorer, because the menu bar doesn"t appear in Firefox 3.

I received an e-mail last sunday 7th June from the admin of this site, and this is what was in the e-mail.

"VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ"

Hello xxxxxx
We will be changing host and will be upgrading Pick 4 Instant Lotto.
We may be down for up to two weeks and players will be notified when we return.
We will be shutting down within 24 hours any points, account cash, other winnings and prizes will not be trainsfered upon receiving this email.
Thank you all for joining and playing our games.
Players accounts will be saved.
Admin

So I guess we'll just have to wait two weeks for some kind of respons whatsoever from their end.
