Alas, 90 days has passed and more and still no book.

Ever get the book or any response from the site?

Have you checked the point values for the prizes lately? They make little sense. Starting to wonder who is behind the site.

Luckysurf apologized for nonreceipt of New Moon, said they were having problems with their fulfillment contractor, offered me double my points back. I waited awhile then accepted. Now I have over 70,000 points but if they still have a lousy contactor what are my chances of receiving any of the prizes?

From what I have been seeing on other boards , many have not received their prizes.

I can't talk about the US version of LuckySurf.
But I have received my prizes from the 2 French lottos : BananaLotto and KingoLoto which are owned by the same company. The last one took nearly 4 months to arrive instead of 3.
I haven't yet asked or a prize on the French version of LuckySurf.

I have quit playing this one. I won $20 on 2-03-10 and still have not received it. I contacted them twice and they keep telling me I will get it shortly. This is the reply I got last time I contacted them.

I just got my $20 . They said they sent it 6-24 but I never saw anything till now.
